Terms of Service

1. The Service

Reachmode is an AI Reddit growth intelligence product. It is designed to help you understand account participation readiness, learn communities, discover conversations, score opportunities, generate draft replies or posts, run preflight checks, and publish to Reddit only after your explicit human approval.

Features, plans, and availability may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable. Scores such as Participation Readiness, Community Familiarity, Opportunity Score, Content Quality, and Participation Risk are informational tools—not guarantees of outcomes, reach, ranking, or Reddit enforcement decisions. We do not promise "ban protection" or immunity from Reddit rules or moderator actions.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@reachmode.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to spam, manipulate, deceive, harass, or otherwise harm Reddit communities or users
• Violate Reddit's User Agreement, Content Policy, subreddit rules, or applicable law
• Attempt to bypass human approval, rate limits, security controls, or pairing / authentication mechanisms
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law
• Upload malware, or content you do not have rights to use
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly allowed in your plan
• Misrepresent AI-assisted drafts as purely human-written where disclosure is required by platform rules or law

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for conduct that creates risk for users, communities, Reddit, or Reachmode.

4. Reddit connection and publishing

Connecting Reddit (including via our Devvit bridge) and any publish action (post or comment) requires your authorization. You remain solely responsible for content published under your Reddit identity. Reachmode does not auto-post while you are away; drafts are suggestions until you approve them. Reddit may change APIs, Devvit capabilities, or policies at any time; we are not liable for third-party platform changes, outages, removals, or account actions taken by Reddit or moderators.

5. AI-generated content

Drafts, scores, and recommendations may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given community. You must review, edit, and approve all content before publishing. You are solely responsible for the final content and for compliance with platform rules and law.

6. Subscriptions, fees, and refunds

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing interval shown at checkout or in your account. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly offer a refund. For an initial paid subscription, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of the first charge by contacting hello@reachmode.co; approval is at our reasonable discretion unless law requires otherwise. Taxes may apply. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges; cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual property

Reachmode and its logos, software, documentation, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes according to your plan.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights needed to provide Customer Content and to grant this license.

8. Confidentiality and feedback

If either party shares non-public information marked or reasonably understood as confidential, the receiving party will use it only for purposes related to the Service and protect it with reasonable care. Feedback you provide about Reachmode may be used freely to improve the product without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS (INCLUDING GROWTH, TRAFFIC, LEADS, OR ACCOUNT STATUS ON REDDIT) WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACHMODE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO REACHMODE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reachmode and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your Customer Content, your use of the Service, your Reddit activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a platform partner, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Courts located in New Mexico will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to those mandatory protections. You and GOGPLEAI LLC waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order or plan details, are the entire agreement between you and Reachmode regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices may be sent to the email associated with your account or to hello@reachmode.co.
