Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Reachmode, operated by GOGPLEAI LLC ("Reachmode," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit https://reachmode.co, use related sites such as app.reachmode.co, or use our product and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Reachmode is an AI Reddit growth intelligence product. We help you understand your account readiness, learn communities, find conversations worth joining, draft replies or posts, and publish only after your explicit approval. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Account and contact information
When you create an account or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, authentication credentials or tokens (for example via email/password or Google sign-in through our auth provider), workspace or organization details, and support messages you send us.
1.2 Billing information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment card and billing details are processed by our payment processor (currently Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may retain limited billing metadata such as subscription status, plan, invoices, and the last four digits or payment method type where provided by the processor.
1.3 Reddit-related information
When you connect a Reddit account through our Devvit bridge (or, where applicable, a legacy authorized Reddit integration), we receive information you authorize, which may include your Reddit username, public karma and account-age signals, community or conversation context needed to power the product, and outcomes of posts or comments you explicitly approve for publishing. We do not ask for or store your Reddit password. We do not receive private Reddit data that Reddit does not make available to Devvit apps (for example private subscriptions, votes, saves, or follows, where those are unavailable).
1.4 Product and workspace content
You may provide product profiles, website URLs, target communities, watchlists, drafts, preferences, and related workspace content. We process this content to generate recommendations, drafts, readiness scores, alerts, and analytics.
1.5 Usage, device, and technical data
We automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP, pages or features used, referring URLs, and timestamps. We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and product analytics.
1.6 Communications
If you enable or request email notifications (for example opportunity alerts, workspace invites, or peer nudges), we process the content and metadata of those communications as needed to deliver them.
2. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse or fraud
- Analyze account and community readiness, discover conversations, score opportunities, and generate draft content you can edit and approve
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and customer support requests
- Send transactional email and, where permitted, product updates or alerts you opt into
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
We may use third-party AI providers to help generate drafts and analysis. Inputs you provide (such as product context and conversation snippets) may be sent to those providers solely to deliver the feature. Do not submit secrets or data you are not allowed to process.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us run the product (for example hosting and databases, authentication, email delivery, payments, analytics, and AI inference), under contractual obligations to use data only to provide their services to us
- Reddit / Devvit, when you connect your account or approve a publish action, to the extent needed to sync identity signals or post or comment as you
- Workspace members you invite, according to roles and content shared in that workspace
- Professional advisers or authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice practices
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies and similar storage for sign-in sessions and security. We may also use cookies or similar technologies for remembering preferences and understanding how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (for example billing or security logs) as required by law or legitimate business needs.
6. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secrets management for integrations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails (transactional messages related to your account may still be sent).
To exercise a privacy request, email hello@reachmode.co. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. If you use Google sign-in or other third-party auth, you can also manage certain permissions in that provider's settings.
8. International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Third-party services and links
The Service may link to or integrate with third parties such as Reddit, payment processors, auth providers, email providers, and AI vendors. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we post a revision. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example by email or an in-product notice). Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
